A bit about Kristen

I know what it’s like to struggle to be seen and heard. I know what it’s like to be told that symptoms are not real, that nothing can be done to alleviate suffering, and that there’s no reason to hope for better. In my work, I hold space for you to explore the many dimensions of your wellbeing in a safe, non-judgmental environment, where your experience is valued and respected.

I nurture change in the lives of my patients through thoughtful and strategic naturopathic care. I walk alongside you to explore the why, what and how of your health, so we can clear a path to a stronger, healthier, more robust you.

My practice focuses on hormonal health (such as PMS, irregular periods, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, fertility, thyroid disease) and stress-related illness (fatigue, burnout, insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues). My approach is evidence-informed and patient-centered. It is inclusive of all peoples, all genders, and all bodies.

Kristen is committed to removing barriers to care, to dismantling racism, to centering the voices of people who are Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC), and those in 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. She is committed to an anti-oppressive, anti-racist framework that acknowledges the complexities of intersectionality.
