A bit about Caroline

Hi, I’m Caroline, a naturopathic doctor and energy healer. I have dedicated over 17 years working with individuals and groups in reclaiming their health. I use a range of healing approaches by beginning with addressing what you eat, how you move and sleep, how to optimize your energy, heal trauma, as well as how you find joy and deal with stress. Herbs, vitamins, minerals and acupuncture can support the fundamental changes. My commitment to make naturopathic medicine more accessible has been a long-time passion.
